Opini tentang tragedi maut tugu tani

Tragedy tani monument is a tragedy that killed nine people who were coming home from playing futsal,  nine people are on a hit by a drunk driver who was due to drug trafficking. the driver is Apriani.

my opini is : think the tragedy that occured at the tani monument is quite embarrassing for her family, because that tragedy has killed many innocent people which is caused by illicit drugs in use by apriani.

Secondly, Article 359 of the Criminal Code of negligence which caused the other person died. Maximum penalty of five years in prison.

Third, Article 340 of the Criminal Code of the planned depriving another person's life. The threat of punishment in this article that the death penalty or life imprisonment.

I think the death penalty, or life is not fair to him. Because it was no foul committed by Afriani sister, and besides what's in it for him to accidentally hit those people.
